Step 5 - What are the Key Factors?
Use the task selection dice to allocate one FACTORS task template to each person. Now look at your PBTP from different perspectives to identify the KEY FACTORS - the DNA of the business or general marketplace in which you operate Look at the useful or enabling factors you can leverage to create a more ideal solution to the problem, and the harmful or blocking factors that you need to be eliminated, and consider the contradictions – two factors working against each other. Capture your KEY FACTORS on your task template, and think about your PROBLEM CHALLENGE. Now share, discuss with the team and capture the KEY FACTORS, in your view, in box E, of your main template. |
