Now capture your PROBLEM CHALLENGE in Box F – short and succinct. Share your PROBLEM CHALLENGE with the team, discuss and agree a TEAM PROBLEM CHALLENGE – that you can hang on the wall like a battle banner. Make it really catchy and simple. |
